Enterprise Rental Car
Special fares have been negotiated with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Attendees may book online at www.enterprise.com. Select the date, time and location of the rental and enter 16MT127 in the field where it states “Optional: Coupon, Customer or Corporate Number.” Click search and you will be prompted for a PIN number. The PIN is AME.
Ground Transportation*
The Washington Hilton is located approximately 30 minutes from Reagan National Airport and 40 to 50 minutes from Washington Dulles International Airport. Transportation is available to the hotel via taxi ($25 from National and $75 from Dulles). Parking at the hotel is $36 per day or $43 per day for valet parking.

Weather
May in Washington usually brings pleasant days and cool evenings. The average daytime temperatures are in the mid-60s with overnight temperatures in the lower 50s. Please note that all meeting rooms are air-conditioned, so a light sweater or jacket is advisable for the council sessions.
What to Wear
Business casual attire is appropriate for the meeting. This includes slacks, polo-type shirts, blazers, or sweaters for men; slacks, skirts, polo-type shirts and blouses, blazers or sweaters, and comfortable shoes for women. Suits, ties, and business dresses are not required.
For the Convocation ceremony on Sunday, May 5, and congressional visits on Wednesday, May 8, business attire is appropriate.
